"From the first contact with Cheryl to the completion of the install, the customer service was excellent. Andy was very helpful during the quotation stage and pointed out improvements that could be made and then also highlighted where there could be issues with the initial design. Colin and the installation team arrived on time every day and were polite at all times. Their workmanship was exceptional and the final installation is fantastic, with there being no complaints or re-work The quotation for the whole job also matched as a minimum or beat other larger and smaller companies and quotes." "Our very old boiler broke down, I called Brunton Bros (excellent reviews on checkatrade) and Andy came out that day to have a look. As it was so old and not worth throwing money at they gave a full detailed quote that day for a new boiler. The team fitted it within 7days, the install was very professionally done and the guys were friendly and happy to answer any questions. Tidyed up at the end of the day and took all old stuff away. Received gas safety certificate and warranty. I was really impressed and will use Brunton for my yearly service to keep the warranty going.
